Anubis DL Helper — the browser extension
A small Download button next to the video or post you are watching, so you never copy links back and forth.

The Chrome Web Store, Edge Add-ons and Opera rules do not allow YouTube downloads, so those versions skip YouTube; the Firefox version and the helper userscript include it. YouTube always works on this website.
No store needed: the helper userscript
Works today in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Yandex and Safari, YouTube included, through a free userscript manager.
- One click: best quality, 1080p, 720p, 480p or audio only (MP3).
- Posts with several photos or videos: pick the one you want.
- Right-click any supported link → “Download with Anubis DL”.
- Reads nothing until you click; then sends only the link you chose.
What the extension can see and send: see the privacy policy.
